Carrot And Tuna Salad
200g carrots , peeled
90g tinned tuna
50g chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tablespoon sunflower or vegetable oil
Dressing: 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper
soy sauce - to taste
Cut the carrots into 5-6cm thin julienne
Put them in a bowl and microwave, together with the onions, garlic, and oil. Microwave for
1 to 1 1/2minutes (600w)
When the carrots are cooked, add the drained tuna and then the dressing, mix well
Serve hot or cold.
