Hangovers
The best way to avoid hangover is to avoid excessive amounts of alcohol!
However, there a a few tips which can help.
Before you go, take a snack or drink some milk.
Sip your drinks slowly and keep on adding ice in your drink.
Ask for diluted drinks.
Alternate your drinks with non-alcoholic beverages, but not carbonated. You can drink water
or fruit juice.
If you still feel you had an extra drink then before going to bed, drink a pint of water or juice.
