Spicy Shrimp Spaghetti


Serves 4

450g spaghetti

60ml olive oil

1 bunch spring onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 lemon, zest and juice of 1/2

15ml Thai fish sauce

300g cooked, peeled shrimps

3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Cook spaghetti, al dente ,in plenty of water.

Heat oil add onions for about 2 minutes. Then add garlic, chilli flakes, lemon zest and juice and

fish sauce. cook for a few minutes, add the shrimps and parsley.

Drain the cooked spaghetti and return to pan. Toss with the shrimps and serve immediately.
