Prawns in Mustard Sauce - Starter
1 1/2 pounds fresh prawns, cooked or two 6 1/2-ounce cans prawns
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 1/2 fluid ounces salad oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
2 spring onions with tops finely chopped
1 celery heart, finely chopped
Clean prawns, or drain canned ones.
Combine ingredients and pour over prawns.
Toss lightly.
Chill 2 hours.
Serve on shredded lettuce or in scallop shells.
