Wine and Cheese Dip
200g grated Cheddar cheese
a knob of butter
2 1/2 fluid ounces port or sherry
Combine cheese, butter and wine.
Beat with a spoon until blended.
Pack in a small container and chill well.
Serve as a dip for savoury biscuits.
