The 22nd August, the battle of Normandy is ending.
In the department of Orne, between Chambois and Vimoutiers, on the itineraries of "the
Encerclement" and " the Outcome" the Memorial of Montormel relates the story of the Falaise-
Chambois pocket.
1. A first corridor called " Premisses" which tells you the different events which occured before
before the last battle of Normandy.
2. Reception of visitors.
3. A sound light show in 4 languages (English, French, German, and Polish) which relates the
Falaise-chambois pocket.
