Hot And Sour Fish
15 ml olive oil
5 ml ground turmeric
50 g onion, skinned and finely chopped
1 hot green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
225 g courgettes, thinly sliced
50 g frozen peas
350 g haddock fillet, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
10 ml lemon juice
60 ml hoisin sauce
salt and pepper
noodles to serve
Heat oil in frying pan. Add turmeric, onion, chilli, courgettes and peas and stir-fry over high
heat for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add fish to the pan with the lemon juice, hoisin sauce and 150 ml water.
Bring to the boil and simmer, uncovered for 1 - 3 minutes.
Season. Serve immediately with freshly cooked noodles.
