Cheeseless Pizza
200g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dried instant yeast
150ml warm water (hand hot)
4 tbsp tomato passata
200g tuna chunks
1 roasted red pepper
50g frozen sweetcorn
8 cherry tomatoes
Preheat the oven 220 C or gas Mark 7
Mix the flour, salt and yeast together in a large bowl
Pour on the warm water and mix together to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead well for 5 minutes until smooth and soft.
Roll out to a 30cm circle and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Cover loosely with oiled clingfilm.
Leave in warm place to rise, about 15 minutes.
Remove the clingfilm.
Spread the passata over the pizza dough then scatter the tuna chunks, sweetcorn and cherry
tomatoes over the top.
Cut the red pepper into strips and arrange on top.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden crisp at the edges.
