Tuna Snacks

1 small can tuna fish

1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons plain yoghurt or mayonnaise

1/2 small green pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped

cayenne pepper

6 slices wholemeal bread

6 black olives (optional)

Place the tuna, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped green pepper and cayenne pepper in

a bowl and mash well.

Toast the bread and pile up the filling.

Garnish with olives.
