Potted Turkey - Spread

50g savoury butter with black pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
350g cooked turkey, finely chopped
75g cooked ham, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sherry
75g butter

Place the savoury butter and the onion in a bowl.
Cover and cook in microwave for 4 mins (Full 100%), stirring once.
Add turkey, ham and sherry, blending well.
Spoon into a small terrine or serving dish and press down well.
Dice the butter and place in a small bowl.
Cook for 1 1/2 mins. (Full 100%).
Pour over the potted turkey and chill to set.
Serve chilled with fingers of warm toast.

Serves 4 to 6.
