Hot Brazil Sundaes
7 g butter
25 g Brazil nuts , coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons single cream
25 g brown sugar
1 banana, sliced
coffee ice cream, to serve
Place butter and nuts in a bowl.
Cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until golden.
Add cream and sugar, blending well.
Cover and cook until boiling, stirring twice.
Arrange the banana slices and scoops of coffee ice cream on 2 serving plates.
Spoon over the hot sauce and serve at once.
