Eggs De Jonghe - Breakfast

8 poached eggs
6 ounces fresh breadcrumbs
2 ounces margarine
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 slices luncheon meat, halved
paprika

Poach eggs foe 2 or 3 minutes only.
Combine crumbs with melted margarine and seasonings.
Put a thin layer in the bottom of 4 preheated shallow ramekins.
Place 2 poached eggs in each dish with 3 slices luncheon meat on the side.
Top with the remaining crumbs.
Place under grill or very hot oven until crumbs are browned.
Serves 4.
