Easter dish - Lamb Stew served with mint Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo lamb
- 4 carrots
- 1 tbs flour
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 500 gr potatoes
- 4 onions
- salt and pepper to taste.
Method: Cut the lamb in pieces, roll in flour. Fry lamb in lard, add hot water and let simmer.
Add chopped and sliced vegetables. When vegetables are well done , add chopped parsley and serve.
