How many  Servings of fish should you eat each week?

A healthy diet should include two or more portions of fish each week. 
Fish is full of flavour, easy to prepare and cook.  Here are some tips about alternative ways of how to include fish in your diet

_   steam it al cartoccio in foil or paper sheet

-    Cover and sprinkle it with your favourite garnish, such as breadcrumbs, basil and tomato sauce,              potatoes, olive oil, honey and lemon juice

-   al sale clean the fish, rinse it thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper, Do not remove the scales. 
    put olive oil inside the belly and then close it. put some salt in the bottom of the oven dish, put the          fish on it and then cover with coarse salt.

-   spice it with healthy herbs and spices such as rosemary, thyme , parsley, lemon peel, garlic
    and pepper.
