After gathering in the cooking studio, guests receive a welcome drink to enjoy while the plan for the evening menu is discussed.  Thereafter, guests follow the chefs in preparing a three-course Swedish dinner and then finally get seated to enjoy the meal together in the dining room; each dish paired with a beverage.   The session comes to a close with the guests receiving a certificate and apron to take home.
