Hotel rates application rates

-   Room rates cannot be higher than the ones shown both on the price board placed at the reception          desk and in each room.  Prices shall not include for ex. coffee, breakfast, ext.

-   Breakfast is optional.  Breakfast cost may be charged (separately from room rates) only in case              customer has expressively  requested the service.

-   Full board service can be charged to a guest on his own request only.  The service has to be                    provided for a three days lasting journey at least.

-   If a twin bedroom is assigned to one customer, without his express request, the price cannot exceed        the maximum one set for single rooms.

-   If a second bed is placed in a single room, the rate cannot exceed the one of a standard double room.      The added bed may be placed in any case only in rooms with adequate area and just in case the              customer asks for it.

-  Rates for overnight stay in camping-sites, resorts and youth hostels cannot be higher than those               indicated on the price list placed in front of the desk

-  Hotel rates may be changed from first June 2012, according to the Regional Law n. 29 / 94

-  Tourists who find higher prices than those published in the following list and do not obtain enough
    satisfaction from the hotel manager, may send a documented claim to police agents  or to Puglia
