Black Tea Blends

3131   ENGLISH BREAKFAST

           Rich in content broken blend of black teas from Ceylon and Assam, mixed according to the fine
           English tradition.  It is among our most successful blends and is, as the name suggests, enjoyed
           at breakfast with a touch of cold milk.

3621   ENGLISH BREAKFAST SOFT

            Robust, decaffeinated breakfast blend of black teas from India.  The caffeine is extracted with
            the gentle Supercritical CO2 method to retaine the fine flavour.  According to our
            customers, it's the first caffeine free tea that really does taste of tea.

3311    IRISH BREAKFAST

           Robust blend of Ceylon Pekoe and Assam Broken, as drunk by the world champions of tea
           drinking in Ireland.  Produces an aromatic cup with spicy flavour, which harmonises
           especially well with a touch of milk.  Ideal with breakfast.

3121   MORNING BLEND

           We learned the classic East Frisian blend of best Assam Broken from our friends in East Frisia.
            Produces a robust, especially rich and tsrt, full bodied cup which is served natural with
            candied sugar and cream.

3201   RUSSIAN BLEND

           Aromatic blend of robust black teas from China, Ceylon and Java.  Produces a dark cup with a
           discreetly smoky flour, which takes a long time to become bitter and can be wonderfully
           with the Samowar method.

3291   GOOD MORNING MR DEMMER

           Selected black teas from Assam and Darjeeling blended according to the traditional recipe of the
           first tea shop at Molker Bastei in Vienna.  This full bodied, aromatic cup was already enjoyed
           decades ago by Andrew Demmer with his breakfast.
