History Museum Townhall - Staufen, Germany
Built in 1564 (look out for the date above the door to staircase) Staufen's townhall is a prime example of 16th century South German architecture. Its museum houses a fascinating collection of exhibits, bringing alive the turbulent Middle Ages, the town's connection to the famed alchemist Dr Faustus, as well as the bloody revolution of1848
