Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatories

9.30 - 23.00  (South Observatory - 17.30.  Admitted until 30 min before closing.

Also open during New Year's holidays except for January 1 and inspection days of the T.M.G.
building 1st and 3rd  Tuesdays  for South Observatory , and 2nd  and 4th Mondays , for North
Observatory ( Opens  if it falls on a national holiday, and will close on the following day) 
Free of charge.
Use the special observatory elevator from the 1st floor of the Main Building.
