The civil parish of Steeple  Morden can be found just a few miles south-west of the city of Cambridge; it s sole, much-loved pub, The Waggon & Horses, is located at its heart, opposite the church. Bring a hearty appetite, as the specials boards and menus are brimming with a wrerath of home-cooked seasonal fare.  Fresh Grimsby fish cooked in The Waggon's own beer batter is a speciality.
I'd suggest booking ahead for Sunday lunch; it's a popular spot for locals and visitors alike and is great for all the family, with three choices of meat available and a kid's play area and pets corner to keep the little ones entertained.  The Waggon is also just as good for a cool pint in the sunny garden - the bar always stocks three real ales, including Greene King 1PA, St Edmunds and a changing guest ale.
