La Suite Ideal 1850 - France
The difference between day and night may never seen more tangible. In the daytime, it's a chalet well known to skiers, perched at analtitude of 1,850m, opposite the Mont d'Arbois cable car station and
facing Mont Blanc. Warm up on the terrace or by the huge fireplace,with some grilled meat or a hot chocolate, before working on your tan or hitting the slopes. Come evening, as the sun sets and the last skiers depart after the mulled wine, only this wooden refuge remains. As you slip noiselessly inside, a suite or two rooms await. You feel like a child in a toy shop after closing time, savor the luxury of sleeping right under the starry sky. It feels even better after a night with snowshoes, after the ski lifts have closed.
