Ostu di Djun is to be found in Castagnito a pretty village overlooking the Langhe of Barbaresco and Moscato wine and the Roero of Nebbiole and Ameis, it serves typical local food prepared using attentively chosen raw materials and the cook's expertly hand-made pasta. The cellar stocks 120 labels from producers in the area, as well as a few concessions to fine wines from other regions. Wines are also served by the glass from magnums and double magnums.
