City Cash service allows the tourist to claim the VAT refund before getting the Customs' stamp.

1.   Claim your innova taxfree document at the store.
2.   Fill in the tax-free document with your personal details and Passport number.
3.   Cash your refund at our City cash Point.
4.   get your tax-free document stamped at Customs' Office  and send it to innova taxfree by mail.

To guarantee the operation, the tourist must provide a credit card and sign a decleration, authorizing INNOVA TAXFREE to withhold the whole VAT amount during 30 days after the refund was cashed, and to debit it onto the credit card, in the event that the tourist does not provide the tax-free document duly stamped by Customs within this period of time
