Chateau Villepeyroux Forest - Malves-en-Minervois, France

Between scrubland and pine forests in the middle of the Minervois region, a few kilometers away from the medieval city of Carcassonne, the land of "Chateau Villepeyroux Forest" exploits 40 hectares of vineyard on clay and calcareous soils planted on a hillside.

- Chardonnay 2009 - Shinny golden yellow color with intensity
- Chardonnay 2011 - Pale yellow color, limpid, with silver reflections.
- Cinsaut Rose' 2011 - Very limpid aspect with a pretty old rose tint, slightly salmon-colored.
- Cinsaut 2011 - Intense nose, mashed strawberries and ripe fruit.
- Grenache - Very expressive nose with "French fruit jelly" aromas.
- Marselan 2009 - Very intense nose, rather complex with rhubarb hints.
- Merlot 2011 - Intense nose with red fruit fragrances and minty hints.
- Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 - Average intensity but elegant fragrances of fresh fruit (black currant); minty                                                     hints.
-Clos de l'Olivier 2008 - Very elegant nose with fragrances of aged wines, balsamic, truffles.
- Clos de l'Olivier 2009 - Explosive nose, mainly based on Syrah aromas with a dominant fragrance of ripe
                                        black fruit and floral hints, very elegant.
- Clos de l'Olivier 2011 - Intense nose with ripe fruit aromas and elegant oaky flavors
