Marinating Tips for Fish or Meat.


- Never leave the marinade for meat or poultry for more than 24 hours.
- You should marinate fish for not more than 60 minutes.
- All marinates should be kept in the refrigerator.
- Never use aluminium containers.
- You can marinade in a re-sealable plastc bag and never reuse leftover marinade that was in contact with
   raw meat.
