Irish Smoked Salmon on Guiness Bread

10 to 12 portions

1 large loaf of Guinness bread
1/2 kilo of thinly sliced Irish Smoked Salmon
200 grams of Cream Cheese
1 lemon or fresh dill to garnish

To serve, thickly slice the Guinness bread, spread with fresh cream and place smoked
               salmon on top.  garnish with thinly sliced lemon or sprinkle with chopped
               dill.
