Hotel Restaurant Barolo - Barolo, Italy

Restaurateurs and hoteliers for three generations, the Brezzas have translated an
authentic local vocation into a family-run business. The customer is spoilt for choice in
the range of dishes, including homemade pasta garnished with truffles when they are in
season. A central role is also played by Barolo, which is represented by a wine-list of
around 70 labels, including the wine produced in the family's own cellar.  After dinner,
guests can retire for the night to one of the bedrooms furnished with 19th century
Piedmontese pieces.
