Barbera D'Asti Vigna Del Fagiano
Wine obtained from the fermentation of selected grapes from a vineyard with exposure to the South and
with a low yield/hectare, after alcoholic fermentation in steel vats is matured in oak casks 225 litres for a
period of about 14 months and complete maturation with an additional bottle ageing of at least 6 months
before marketing.
It goes very well with dishes based on wild game and also with cheeses and mostrada Piedmontese grape.
