The Decoration of the Castello's Historic Rooms

First Floor - The present metal staircase supported bi steel-beams, completed in 1984
.
Rooms 1, 2 3, 4, 5, 6 ,16,17 - These rooms, presently painted white, were no decorated during the
                                            building programs directed by Juvarra (1717-1725) and Randoni
                                            (1792 - 1798)

Room 7: " Room with Grotesques with a Bacchic Procession"

Rooms 9, 10, 11: Apartment of King Vittorio Amedeo 11 - first room "Room of the Trophies"
                                                                                second room"Room of the Labors of Hercules"
                                                                                Bedchamber" Room of the Sleeping Putti"

Room 12 - Atrium or "Room of Bacchus and Ariadne"

Room 13 - "Room of the Coats Of Arms"

Room 14:  "Room of the Stucco-Works"

Room 15:   "Room of the Continents"

Second Floor

Rooms 18, 19, 20:  These rooms, presently painted white, where not decorated during the building
                             prograqmmes.

Room 21: "Audience Chamber" or "Room of the Putti"

Room 22:  "Room of the Sunrise" or "Bedchamber"

The Chapel - Entered from Room 21 and two lateral doors, this was the private oratory of the
                   Duchess of Aosta and her daughter Beatrice

Room 23:   "Room of Amedeo V111"

Room 24:   "Room of the Prints" or "Room of the Painted Woods"

Room 25:   "Room of the Veil"

Room 26:   "Room of the Falconers"

Room 27:   "Chinese Room"

Room 28:   "Audience Chamber" or "Room of the Crowns"

Room 29:  "Room of the Stucco-Works"

Room 30:   "Room of Pygmalion"

Room 31:   "Room of the Allegory of the Seasons"

Room 32:   "Music Room"

Room 33:   "Room of Carlo Emanuele 1"

Third Floor:   The present third floor of the castle took its final architectural form in Juvarra's
                    time and maintained it well into the 19th century
