Casa Roman Restaurant - Seville, Spain
Since 1934 this family-run restaurant in the emblematic Santa Cruz quarter has stood out for its top quality acorn-fed Iberian ham. Its traditional ambience of bullfighting scenes and festivities offers a slice of the Seville of yesteryear through the murals of the painter Palomar. Favourite dishes include the fried eggs with chips and ham, cold meat platter, Iberian pork fillet and sirloin, salads and fried cod. Only a matter of metres away is its
sister establishment La Esquina, with the same tradition and charm.
