Hydraulic Boat-lifts On the Historic Central Canal - Belgium

The Central Canal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is equipped with many fascinating features, including boat-lifts, swing-bridges and draw-bridges plus the buildings housing the machinery that drives them.  There
are many different ways of visiting them, including boat-trips, and tourist road-trains. Advance reservation is advised for the boat-trips, which include return boat-trip, guided tour of machinery house and of the exhibition
