Information about Garlic and Taraillertters Fair - Marseille, France

Garlic and Taraillettes Fair: it takes place every year from mid-June to mid July. Garlic is an  important
ingredient in Provencal cooking (especially for aioli). During this fair which takes place on Cours  Belsunce in
Marseille, it is sold in braids or bouquets.
Taraittes, are small objects made from enamelled or untreated clay, representing minature crockery.
