Greek Pasta Salad

250g penne pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 small cucumber
small grated onion
80g feta cheese
1/3 cup whole olives

Cook the pasta, leaving it slightly al dente. Rinse, drain and set aside.
Whisk the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil in a small bowl.
Chop and seed the tomatoes and cucumber and crumble the feta cheese in a large salad bowl.
Make sure you toss it well. Add as much dressing as  desired to moisten the pasta.
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
