String beans with garlic and pine nuts
300g green beans
1/2 tablespoonful olive oil
2 cloves garlic(finely chopped)
2 tablespoonfuls pine-nuts
Toast the pine-nuts until golden.
Cook the green beans until firm and bright green.
Drain them and rinse under cold water.
Heat oil in and saute' the beans and garlic.
Season well with salt and pepper, add the pine-nuts, toss briefly and serve.
