Grilled Calamari
Grilled Calamari
400g.grams fresh calamari cleaned, sliced and rinsed with sea water
1/2 a lemon - juice
some coarse salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
olive oil and white wine
(all ingredients are per person)
Heat a flat grill until it's very hot.
While heating the grill, mix all in a bowl.
Grill the calamari until golden, splashing with the wine every now and again.
Serve with a fresh salad, fries or just with crusty bread
