Artichoke and Mushroom Salad


2 spoons olive oil
200g mushrooms
1 chicory (approx. 200g)
2 packs artichokes
20g capers
2 spoons white vinegar
30g grated cheese
6 spoons broth
Chives for decorating

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into rings.
Wash and dry the chicory, then cut into large strips.
mix both ingredients with the artichokes.
Drain the capers and chop them.
Mix oil, vinegar, broth, salt and pepper.
Mix everything with the already prepared salad and put on plates.
Decorate with chives.
Add cheese if desired.
