Alpine Macaroni
400g macaroni
400g diced potato
200g grated cheese
0.2 litre cream or ricotta
200g sliced onions
50g butter
stewed apples
Boil macaroni and diced potato in salted water, then drain.
Cook the cream with the grated cheese and mix in with the macaroni and potato.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Serve the macaroni and garnish with the fried onions.
Add stewed apples to make a delicious, nutritious meal
