Deep-Fried Camembert
1 round Camembert cheese around 350g
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1/3 cup plum sauce
Mix the flour, milk, salt & baking powder.
Dip the cheese round the mixture.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with plum sauce and a salad.
