Tom And Jerrys Drink

50 ml milk

20 g butter

2 eggs, separated

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

grated nutmeg for sprinkling

75 ml brandy

75 ml brown rum

Place the milk and the butter in a large jug for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave.

Whisk egg whites until they stand in stiff peaks.

Add sugar and whisk until stiff and glossy.

Fold in the egg yolks and vanilla essence, blending well.

Slowly pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

Whisk in the brandy and rum.

Whisk the mixture until it becomes frothy.

Serve at once, with a little nutmeg sprinkled on top.
