Homemade Yogurt
To make 550ml (1 pint)
Pour 550ml (1 pint) boiled water into a jug.
Cool slightly then whisk in 150g or 8 heaped tablespoons of powdered milk.
When warm stir 75ml (2 tablespoons) firm natural yogurt into the mixture.
Make the yogurt in a wide necked vacum flask.
Cover and leave the yogurt for at least six hours or overnight.
Refrigerate well before using.
