Lobster Stew

1 2-pound lobster, boiled

2 ounces margarine

1 3/4 pint milk

1 slice onion

salt and paprika

Cut lobster meat into small pieces.

Saute' milk with onion slice. Discard the onion, add lobster meat and seasonings.

Heat thoroughly.

If wished, lobster coral or liver may be rubbed through a sieve and added at the last minute.

Serves 4
