Healthy Coffee Whip - Dessert

1/2 ounce powdered gelatine

1/4 pint strong black coffee

1/2 pint milk

2-3 saccharine tablets

2 egg whites

1 tablespoon single cream

few almonds

Dissolve gelatine in the coffee.

Warm the milk and add crushed saccharine.

Add the dissolved gelatine.

Leave to get cold and when beginning to set whisk in the stiffly beaten egg whites and cream.

Chill and serve sprinkled with chopped or silvered almonds.
