Chicken Livers with Mixed Herbs - Starter

1 pound chicken livers

1 tablespoon minced onion

1tablespoon chopped parsley

salt & pepper

1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

Some flour

Combine all ingredients; pour over livers.

Let stand 1/2 hour to marinate.

Drain livers and roll in flour.

Saute' lightly in butter or margarine for 5 minutes.

Place each liver on cocktail stick on plate.

Sprinkle with parsley, just before serving.
