Glazed Apricot Ribs - Snacks
1.5 kg beef spareribs
1/2 cup apricot nectar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Preheat oven 210 C
Place the spareribs in a single layer in a baking dish.
Combine apricot nectar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, garlic and ginger and pour over
the spareribs.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tender and well-browned, brushing occasionally with
glaze during cooking.
