Apart from cider, these are not much drunk in bars - more for tourists or home consumption
A kir normand is cider and cassis ( or, according to others, poire and chassis).
A true kir normand should also have a dash of Calvados.
Cafe- calva - coffee with a dash of Calvados - might be drunk as a disgestif after Sunday lunch
but otherwise it is mainly ordered by "les Anciens" a more elderly crowd.
Straight Calvados is drunk at the end of an evening.
