Homemade Mayonnaise

It is easier if you use a liquidiser.
1 whole egg
1/4 pint salad oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard
salt and pepper

Place all ingredients except the oil in the liquidiser.
Remove centre cap, switch to lowest .
Now pour oil very slowly until the desired consistency is reached.
Very important: All ingredients are to be at room temperature.
