"St. Patrick's Day Pudding 2 packets fig biscuits 4 fluid ounces milk 2 ounces butter or margarine 1 egg well beaten 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1 tablespoon baking powder Break fig biscuits into milk. Let stand 15 minutes, stir to blend. Cream butter, egg cinnamon, cloves nutmeg, lemon juice, lemon rind and baking powder. Stir into fig mixture. Divide into 12 small greased moulds; cover tightly with aluminium foil. Steam 30 minutes. Cool a few minutes before unmoulding.
